1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued by Baby Teddy Store. Refunds are processed only after a return request is approved and the returned item is received and inspected.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not automatic.

A refund will only be issued after:

  • The return request has been approved
  • The item has been received by our team
  • The item passes inspection and meets return eligibility requirements

3. Refund Options

Once a return is approved and the item is received in acceptable condition, the customer may choose one of the following options, as previously agreed by email:

  • A refund to the original payment method, or
  • A store voucher of equal value to be used on our website

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds or vouchers are processed within up to 5 business days in our system after approval.

After processing, the time for funds to appear depends on the customer’s bank or payment provider and may take additional days according to their policies.

5. Partial Refunds

If an item is returned in unacceptable condition, including signs of use, missing tags, or damaged packaging not caused by transit, Baby Teddy Store may:

  • Issue a partial refund of up to 50% of the product value, or
  • Decline the refund and return the item to the customer

6. Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping fees paid by the customer for change-of-mind or size-related returns are not refundable.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos.

Once confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and offer an appropriate resolution.

8. Lost or Damaged Orders in Transit

If an order is lost or arrives damaged in transit, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery or estimated delivery.

After verification with the carrier, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on the case.

9. Taxes, Duties, and International Orders

Taxes included in the product price are refunded proportionally to the approved refunded amount.

Customs duties or import taxes charged by destination countries are not refundable, as they are imposed by local authorities.
