You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact us by email at hello@babyteddystore.com within the return window.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • The reason for your request
  • Clear photos when applicable (especially for damaged or incorrect items)

Do not ship any item back until your request has been reviewed and approved.

4. Return Approval and Shipping Instructions

If approved, we will send detailed return instructions by email.

Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 business days. Failure to ship the item within this timeframe may result in cancellation of the request.

Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Baby Teddy Store will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Change of mind or size-related returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and prior approval.

  • The original item must be returned and received in perfect condition
  • Return shipping costs follow the rules outlined above
  • Once the item is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed promptly

If the requested item is unavailable, the customer may choose a refund or receive a store voucher of equal value, as agreed by email.

7. Sale and Promotional Items

Items purchased during sales or promotional periods follow the same return and exchange conditions as regular-priced items.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Items returned used, damaged, or without original tags not due to our error

9. International Returns

International customers follow the same return and exchange process.

Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
